Process Description
Various types of Nuts such as Hexagonal nuts, Weld nuts, Square nuts, Lock nuts, Flange nuts and Bolts, Rivets and other industrial fasteners can be manufactured in this plant. The process of producing nuts, bolts, rivets and other industrial fasteners is as follows:
01 Acid pickling
Before the wire rod is drawn, the raw material must be cleaned in an acid pickling tank to dispose the rust and oil film outside the wire rod to increase the wire drawing and forming efficiency.
02 Wire drawing
The wire rods are converted into circular, hexagonal or other optimal size through series of successively dies so as to eliminate the torsion of the wire stock.
03 Forming (or) Forging
The wire rod is converted into Nuts, Bolts, Rivets and other industrial fasteners.
04 Tapping/ Thread Rolling
The formed Nuts, Bolts, Rivets and other Industrial fasteners are threaded by tapping machine.
05 Oil Centrifuging
The formed nut is extinguished form the nuts which is good for rest operation like degreasing and plating.
06 Plating
The treated nuts are the plated with Zn. This is to prevent rust adhere on the nuts, thus improve the out looking of the product.
